Developmentally Disabled Family Support Program

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM:
Centro Las Americas (CLA) now runs three Family Support Centers dedicated to provide support services to developmentally disabled clients and their families by coordinating medical appointments, community integration activities, respite services, case management services, information & referral, family support groups and workshops.

Our Family Development Workers are responsible for identifying support gaps and advocating for isolated and overburdened families.

FUNDING AND SPONSORS:
Funded by a contract with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services.
