Our years of experience and commitment to excellence have earned us the reputation as the only Hispanic Community Service provider in the area.

Centro Las Americas (CLA), envisions a system that weaves together formal services and informal resources that genuinely supports families and their sense of community. Centro Las Americas Wrap-Around Continuum Service (WACS) model is a strength-based, outcome driven continuum of service provisions offered through several program/service elements and available all in a single location. The aim of the WACS model is to maximize internal and external resources utilizing existing knowledge and expertise as a means of increasing the probabilities of families meeting their needs and reaching established goals, thus increasing their chances of reaching self-reliance and healthy interdependency. This is accomplished with a motivated team of skilled and culturally appropriate family development workers all of whom have been specially trained in one of the many service/program elements offered through the WACS Model. Family Team meetings are held weekly to discuss cases and client needs. This process is what enables and supports our vision of a woven system.
